We thoroughly enjoyed this brand-new hotel. The room was fairly quiet for our wheelchair, besides it had wake-up service, just in case. The venue employees were polite and good. Favourable location in the middle of jackson was a plus.

The hotel’s décor and cleanliness were impressive, and the kitchenette in the room was a bonus. The spacious room was well-lit, providing a comfortable stay during our Christmas holiday. the hotel’s great location, close to a popular restaurant and other amenities, was very convenient.
A small, but irritating issue, was the AC unit's fan part not running all night, making it too quiet for our liking. It would have been better if we had been informed that the pool and hot tub were shut down upon check-in, and if we had been given a backup plan.

The hotel's location was fantastic, being close to a well-known attraction. I appreciated the cheerful and tidy lobby, as well as the sizable fridge and the kitchenette in my room. The clear TVs, comfy bed, and couch also provided a great stay. The staff was pleasant, and the front desk manager even gave me a discount.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel could do a better job with their bathroom sliding door and bathtub stains, which need to be removed.

This hotel had a lot of great features. The location was fantastic and made it easy to get around town. The rooms were well-decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the large refrigerator and two TVs in our room, which made our stay even more convenient.
There were a few things that could be improved at this hotel. One of the bedroom windows was broken and the shelves under the sink were also broken, which was a bit annoying.

Philip
The kitchenette in our room was a bonus, allowing us to prepare meals and save money. The room was well lit and spacious, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The excellent bed and dark out curtains ensured a good night's sleep in a quiet environment.
The bathroom sliding door did not provide privacy, with a big gap allowing anyone to see someone on the toilet or in the shower. Additionally, the hallway smelled bad and was dirty upon arrival and departure.
